The Spirit is willing but where is the LIGHT!

Deuteronomy 6:5 “Hear, O Israel (Replace your name with Israel)! The Lord is our God, the Lord is one [the only God]! 5You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and mind and with all your soul and with all your strength [your entire being]. 6These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be [written] on your heart and mind. 7You shall teach them diligently to your children [impressing God’s precepts on their minds and penetrating their hearts with His truths] and shall speak of them when you sit in your house and when you walk on the road and when you lie down and when you get up.
We as the children of God must be very careful not to be too carefree about living like the world – Think like the world and confusingly speak like the world. I do grasp that one has to provide for one’s family but how deep will you draw the line in the sand? On which side will you make your stand? Our children are caught up in fickle gender wars and been exposed to absolute stupidity. Sense and reality is out the door – left the building. The Devil is turning this world upside down and most people are not even noticing anything. You can’t greet someone and you have offended them so severely that they want to die on the spot. It s crazy but it is a reality of the end times.
We are all aware of those small foxes which crept into our lives and sadly have become part of our daily routines. Maybe you have been sinning and never understood that you are living on the fringes of God’s grace. You could be doing something which sorrows the Holy Spirit and not even realize it. Think about it – A small spark can devastate a forest!
Come on Guys – Let’s be real for a moment. We are not called to live like slaves but STRONG Warriors! The burden of sin is heavy and only ends up in death. The death which is mentioned here is SPIRITUAL death. It creeps in slowly and kills your joy for the Lord. So my question is this – How bright is your LIGHT for Christ? Is it a small flickering or a raging fire…?
We have been set apart – sanctified – bought by the blood of Jesus Christ and spirit filled. It’s a tough job but you have been chosen by God to do great things for his Kingdom.
This is not heaven (yet) or the new earth – we are here to set examples and be the LIGHT on the hilltop for the lost and wary.
As more and more revivals are breaking out around the world – you and I must wakeup – IT IS TIME TO SHINE. For those who are able to be part of those revivals – that is awesome; but for us which is in the trenches fighting the good fight –STAY STRONG!
You have been called to CALL the lost to safety… YOU ARE THE ONE – YOU WILL MAKE A CHANGE IN MANY PEOPLES LIVES.
Prayer:
Father GOD – YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE FOR ME. You are the hope of all my dreams and sorrows. You are the best thing that ever happened to me and have saved me ample times. You have lifted me out of despair. I praise you and love you with all my heart.
I pray and ask that you will use me and setup my destiny as you called it before time existed. You dreamt of me doing great things for your Kingdom – let it be so! Use me and work through me – I want to be your hands and feet. Let the dead rise around me and the sick be healed with a gentle touch. As Jesus said “You will do greater things than I did” – Let it be so!
Spirit blow your wind in my life – revive this fire in my soul! MAKE IT BURN! Spark your Spirit to revive and SHINE!
