Motorcyclist Injured In Collision: Canelands – KZN

A twenty-six (26) year old motorcyclist was injured following a motor vehicle collision in Canelands – KZN at approximately 06:59 this morning (Friday).

Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived on scene and established that a white Suzuki Swift travelling towards Canelands – KZN and a white Big Boy motorcycle were involved in the crash. It was alleged that the motorcyclist failed to stop at a red traffic signal before the collision occurred, but this could not be immediately confirmed.

The biker sustained open wounds and a fractured left leg. He was stabilised on scene before being expedited to hospital by ambulance.

The driver of the Suzuki Swift was not injured during the collision….
