They allow their clients to hand in Fraudulent claims… How can one have one statement for the active Police case 68/08/2020 – AR 18/08/2020. T Abrams – “I can’t remember anything from the accident” and another for the Insurance payout – ” driver (Mr TM Murphy) failed to keep a proper lookout, from an opposite direction lost control and caused a head on collision with our insured vehicle.”
Main Policy holder R. Abrams – Secondary Driver T Abrams.

This sounds like FRAUD??? How can one not remember when there is jail time involved and where there is a payout involved copy a generic text for Negligent and Reckless driving off the internet – so you can ensure a payout.
Surely MCB must have check the facts first before making a payout. There is strict protocols when investigating claims. Why is MCB so stubborn in believing the TRUTH?
