Not sure if this is even a real Insurance company but I had the misfortune of dealing with them. I made them aware of false/fraudulent claims made by their client and was told that they do not have to investigate or contact the Police.
It is just strange that an Insurance company is so despondent about up keeping the law. What happened to setting things straight?
As I understand the statement and sketch you give the Police at the accident scene MUST be the same as the statement and sketch you give the Insurance when claiming?
Why would they not want to do anything now that they know their client has lied to them? Really strange…
